So the girls from my bible study came and decorated our apartment, and left me all kinds of goodies!
I feel so blessed by them! Here's what I got: an awesome maternity shirt and shorts, and some rain boots! Everything you want when your pregnant! Oh and its all blue for boy!!! I loved it all.

I have the best bible study girls and friends!
Every week we meet and go through Gods Word together and just talk about LIFE!
We are all around the same age, and either newly married or just a few years into marriage.
It was a perfect set up. We are in similar stages of life and its awesome! Anyways, here we are:

Bailey is Jimmy and Kelly's German Shepard! Blake and I LOVE her =)
Alot of times when Blake and Jimmy are traveling Bailey keeps Kelly and I company.
We go on walks, and she keeps me in shape =)

SOOOOOO, Blake loves BBQ sauce and I feel like everytime we go to the grocery store he picks out a new kind! It must be a Texas thing, because I've never met so many people obsessed with BBQ!

Okay, so for all my California friends (and everyone else that doesn't know) the Texas state flower is the blue bonnet. Its such a beautiful flower! When the wildflowers are out, it's def the most prominent, and they are everywhere! Anyways, here is a pic of the blue bonnet flower =) Like I said, I had no idea!

I was so excited to get away with Blake and check out the hill country of Texas! We went to Fredricksburg, TX. Im not from around here so I had no idea what the hill country was =) It was one of the most beautiful places I've ever been to though. We got ourselves a bed and breakfast to stay in, and we did a little exploring. The wildflowers are in full bloom!! That was also something I wasn't familiar with, but its so awesome to see all the wildflowers on the sides of the road. My birthday was so much fun, and Im so thankful for the relaxing time we had. Im pretty sure we were the youngest visitors in that town....we didnt see anyone younger than 50. YEA!

While in Fredricksburg, we checked out one of the national parks: Enchanted Rock. It was awesome! Its just a beautiful rock site that you can camp and hike around.
